STAINED GLASS

The course covers the creation of a stained-glass piece from sketch to finished object, combining technical work with glass, composition, colour, and light.

What You Will Learn

  • design a stained-glass composition
  • select and process glass
  • cut glass
  • work with the Tiffany technique
  • use copper foil and soldering
  • develop colour balance and work with light

Programme

Sketching and design; selection and processing of glass; Tiffany technique; copper-foil edging; soldering; colour balance; final finishing and presentation.

How You Learn

Practical assignments progress from foundational skills to more complex study or project tasks. This section will later be replaced with a course-specific description of the teaching method and format.

Outcome

A completed stained-glass piece and foundational practical skills in working with glass.
