Construction; relief and texture; plaster basics; pottery; engobes and glazes; painting; firing; mixed techniques; sketching; idea development; design; environmental ceramics; authorial collection; basics of studio management.

How You Learn

Practical assignments progress from foundational skills to more complex study or project tasks. This section will later be replaced with a course-specific description of the teaching method and format.

Outcome

Practical and theoretical ceramic skills that support further independent creative practice.
